The official language of the congress is English.
No interpretation services will be provided.
A total of 20 European CME Credits (ECMECs) will be awarded by the Panhellenic Medical Association.
Credits will be granted proportionally, provided that participants have attended at least 60% of the total scientific program.
Please remember to scan your badge upon entering and exiting each conference hall to ensure accurate recording of your attendance time.
All participants will be required to complete the electronic Evaluation Questionnaire (anonymous and mandatory for CME accreditation) at the end of the Congress, assessing the organization and scientific quality of the event.
The questionnaire will be available HERE upon completion of the Congress.
After submitting the evaluation, participants will be able to download the Certificate of Attendance electronically using their registration barcode.
Issuance of the certificate requires satisfactory participation (at least 60% of the total program).
The Evaluation Questionnaire and Certificate of Attendance will be available after the conclusion of the Congress.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
According to the guidelines of the National Organization for Medicines (EOF), all speakers participating in scientific events are required to disclose any potential conflict of interest related to the sponsors of the Congress.
This disclosure must appear on the second slide of their presentation (immediately following the title slide), instead of submitting a written declaration.
Lecture Duration
The allotted presentation time must be strictly observed by both speakers and session chairs, in order to ensure the smooth flow of the program and to avoid reducing the time allocated to subsequent speakers.
Submission of Presentations
All participants delivering a talk or presentation are kindly requested to submit their presentation material (in PowerPoint format via USB/CD/DVD) to the Technical Secretariat, which will be located inside each conference hall, at least 2 hours prior to the start of the scientific session in which they are participating (to confirm proper functioning and address any technical issues).
